SHIPPING

- FREE Shipping for orders $75 or more in the US.

*ECKECK PAYMENTS WILL BE CANCLED DUE TO THE PAYMENTS NOT CLEARING FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS. 

- Route Shipping Insurance is provided at checkout. If you opt to NOT use this...Chloe Vs Tank is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen etc packages. 

- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days with regular USPS 3-5 day shipping. If you purchase the ‘2-3 priority shipping’...we still need 2-5 days to process your order. Priority mail speeds up the USPS time frame from 3-5 to 2-3 days. We ship out Monday-Friday.

UPS: IF YOU SELECT UPS WE STILL HAVE TO HAVE OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIME TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGE OUT.

*ECHECKS WILL BE CANCELED. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY ONCE YOUR BANK RELEASES YOUR FUNDS. 

 

RETURNS

MAIL ITEM/ITEMS BACK VIA USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE). If mailed back UPS or FEDEX it will get returned to you and you will be responsible for shipping costs, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will need to mail back through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.

Customer service is our number one priority and we want you to be happy with every purchase!

If your item isn't a great fit or you are not happy...we do accept returns within 10  days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. A Gift Card in the amount you paid will be issued via email as store credit. Processing returns can take up to 7-10 business days once we have received your package. Package/return label must be dated within 10 days of your received date/delivered date...or package will be rejected. 

No Holds on any items.

If you are wanting an item in a different size you can always purchase the item again but you will still receive store credit only when we receive the return. We do not refund any orders.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges. We do not refund any shipping costs including shipping on original order or return shipping.

To be eligible for a return...

- the product must have been received by you within the last 10 days.

- the product is not damaged or worn, must include original tags still attached to item and shoe boxes must be shipped inside another package/box as the shoe box will become damaged during transit and will will not accept any shoe boxes with tape or labels placed right on the box.

- Sale items or accessories/undergarments/bralettes cannot be returned/exchanged . (sale items include: sale, clearance and jewelry). These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted 30% off or more is FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales)

(products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return and will be returned to you without refund)

Once Chloe vs Tank mails the package to you... USPS is responsible for the delivery and protection of your package. Please contact USPS if item has not arrived or is damaged. if you cannot resolve with USPS...please contact us.

 

EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY:

If you return or exchange more than 3 items during lifetime of ordering , a minimum of 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return and will increase with each return. We are always available to help you decide which size you need before ordering. Excessive returns may be denied from placing future orders.

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you received defective items, please contact us within 2 days so that we can correct the issue.
